Rental Terms and Conditions:
1) Responsibility:
Lessee assumes all responsibility, including operation, for items while out of possession of CFS and agrees to return such item in the same condition as it was delivered. A cleaning fee will be charged on all items returned unclean. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction to any item provided. Lessee further agrees to use items solely for the purpose in which they were manufactured and intended and only at the address provided. No refund or adjustment will be made due to weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond CFS control.
2) Liability:
CFS shall have no liability, regardless of cause, to Lessee, Lessee's property, or Lessee's invitees or guests arising from use of items provided by CFS. Further, Lessee agrees to hold CFS harmless from any and all cost, expense, claims and liability arising from use, operation, and handling of items and also agrees to pay CFS in full for any and all damage to items. In the case of loss or destruction of items, Lessee agrees to pay CFS the complete and full replacement value of each item.
3) Safe Operation Acknowledgement:
Lessee acknowledges that he/she has been instructed about and fully understands the safe operation of the uit that is the subject of this Rental Agreement. Lessee agrees to observe the following safety precaution surrounding "blow up" activity items:
- Adult supervision must be provided at all times.
- All riders must remove shoes and jewelry.
- No Food or Drink is allowed inside.
- To prevent head and neck injury, acrobatic flips are not allowed.
